Spiffy Dog was born in 2001 in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our town is known for four fabulous seasons of recreation, in particular the great skiing, giving it the nickname of Ski Town USA. It is a widely accepted fact that more dogs live here than people, so we like to call it Dog Town, USA!

The company was started by two guys with years of experience in the recreational outdoor industryâ?"making innovative climbing, kayaking and backpacking accessories for humans. Being situated amidst wonderful forests, rivers and mountain trails makes for a limitless playground for people and their dogs as well as the perfect testing ground for our products.
