Spiffy Dog Pet Products recognizes the importance of our customers' privacy and security. We know that you care how your information is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. We do not rent, share, or exchange our customers’ email addresses. Email addresses voluntarily given to us or collected from email comments are never shared. We do use these addresses for our own electronic marketing purposes, but only with your consent. Instructions on how to unsubscribe are included in every promotional email.
Spiffy Dog Pet Products works hard to protect your personal information by using security standards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, whether that information is collected and/or stored online or offline. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with our products, they may be returned. If purchased at an official Spiffy Dog Dealer, the product must be returned to that dealer. It is that dealer’s discretion whether credit may be for the original purchase price. If product was purchased through Spiffy Dogs website or by phone the product may be returned to us by calling or e-mailing. We will advise you on how to return the product to us. Credit may be issued for the purchase price at our discretion. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging intact to receive full credit. If any of these conditions is not met, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, style or color. Please call or E-mail us for information on how to do this. All products to be exchanged must be new and unused with all packaging intact.

All of our products can be washed in a washing machine using mild soap. DO NOT dry in a dryer. Lay product outside in the sun and let dry naturally.
Spiffy Dog Product Guarantee:
All Spiffy Dog Products are guaranteed for the working life of the product. In the event that you have Spiffy Dog Products with a defect in material or craftsmanship, please return the product to the original place of purchase for warranty assistance. If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, please contact Spiffy Dog Pet Products for information on how to return the product. Warranty products must be returned clean, products that are not clean will be returned to the customer without consideration (Please wash before returning). Packages must be returned freight prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Spiffy Dog Products are shipped exclusively through the United States Postal Service. Products are shipped 1st class mail. Items can be shipped UPS and FedEx for an additional charge. Please call for more information. $4.00 is added to every internet and phone orders. This charge reflects postal charges and handling charges.
Once an order has been fulfilled, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or cancelled, the customer will be charged for outgoing and return shipping charges.
We will accept international orders via telephone or e-mail only. At time of the order you will be quoted a price for your shipment + $4.00 shipping and handling fees. Please look for international dealers.
