This collar lasted 2 days - I don't always keep my dogs collar on, because he shows in conformation - I heard one of those tell-tale sounds that to a dog owner says "that doean't sound right" - go to find that Baxter has gotten the collar off the table and chewed up the plastic buckle -one chomp did it in. Other than that, I liked the collar. It was too big for him and because we had to double it so much, it also didn't dry off over night, but I think a size smaller would have been fine. I prefer a buckle collar though.
